Extreme adventurer and conservationist, Braam Malherbe, and his rowing partner, Wayne Robertson, embarked on a life changing expedition on Tuesday when they left Cape Town in their small boat for Rio de Janeiro. In totally unassisted row covering six thousand-700 kilometres, it should take the two close to three months to complete. The purpose and significance behind the row is the DOT Challenge – for people to Do One Thing to make the planet healthy and sustainable and to save planet earth from further destruction and harm.
